UDS Welness Mascot2008 UDS WELLNESS CHALLLENGE


You heard about it at the All Staff meetings held in December. Have you called your Supervisor to sign-up? If not, why not? It's easy and it will be fun! Get healthy and earn wellness funds to purchase health and wellness related items.

Your challenge should you choose to accept, is : Select and complete at least 7 activities from your Wellness Brochure, attach proper documentation, turn it all in to HR by November 10th, 2008 and you earn $150.00 in wellness funds that you can begin using January 1, 2009. It's that easy! Choose and complete more than 7 challenges and you earn more funds.
