Program Manager - Adult Enrichment

Lancaster - FT 80 hours per pay: Usual business hours: 8am-5pm, M-F; however, flexibility in schedule is required to accommodate department/program needs.

Position Summary
Under the supervision of the CEO, the Program Manager will be responsible for the administration and general management of the facility including: Implementation of policies and procedures, Admission and discharge of individuals, safety and protection of individuals and Compliance with the chapter.

Qualifications:
A master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience in administration or the human services field OR a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience in administration or the human services field.  Good command of written and spoken language.  Effective organization and communication skills.  Lifting is required.

Personal Care Attendants

Position Summary
We have opportunities for part-time employment in Lancaster, Lebanon, counties. A qualified attendant under the direction of the consumer provides a wide variety of services based on the needs and expressed desire of the consumer. The attendant provides, according to the Service Plan, basic services such as transfers, health maintenance activities, bathing and personal hygiene, dressing and grooming, and eating including meal preparation and clean-up. In addition, the attendant may provide services such as transportation, and assistance with cognitive tasks as directed by the consumer.

Qualifications
All applicants hired to be a PCA must possess a high school diploma or GED and 3 months experience working with individual(s) with disabilities.
