Adult Autism Support

Supporting Adults with Autism in the community

UDS has Supports Coordinators with special training in working with adults with Autism. We provide support services to individuals who participate in the Pennsylvania Adult Autism Waiver. Our Supports Coordinators work with individuals to develop an individualized care plan to allow them to live an active life in the community.

We can connect you to community resources such as reliable in-home care, accessible home modifications, and specialized equipment designed to make life easier. We will help determine if financial assistance is available, and guide your progress for as long as you desire. Your care plan will be specific to your needs and we will continually monitor the plan to ensure that you are receiving the services and supports you need to maximize your potential.

UDS has an outstanding relationship with the Bureau of Autism (BAS). We have a skilled, stable Supports Coordination team lead by a Second Level Supports Coordinator with established relationships.
