All orders are shipped by the cheapest method as determined by UDSF. Shipping and handling will be calculated at the time of order placement.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. To pay by check call Customer Support at 1-888-837-4235 for assistance.
Our prices are subject to change without notice. UDSF is not responsible for typos or pricing errors. All orders are calculated in U.S. Dollars.
Due to the nature of these products, we are generally unable to accept returns. Call Customer Support and they will determine whether a return can be accepted. If accepted, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and be given further instructions.

Carefully pack the product(s) using original packaging materials, if possible. Enclose the original packing list or a letter with details, contact information, i.e., name, address & daytime phone number, online order number, email address.
All product(s) must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused.
Send return to the address given to you with your Return Authorization Number.
If you are due a refund and your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund that will appear on your credit card billing statement.
If any package and/or its contents appears to be damaged, contact the carrier office closest to you immediately. Request that a service representative review your claim and inspect the package. After submitting your order, you will see an Order Confirmation page on your screen. We suggest printing this page for your records. In addition, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to the email address you supplied at Checkout.
