Two UDS team members recognized: bill lear and Janette Mullen receive Outstanding Performance Award

On Thursday, September 14th, Bill Lear was given an outstanding performance award for his "attention to details". Bill did not have to make any revisions to his consumer's budgets at the end of the 2005/2006 Fiscal year. This was unprecedented. Since the implementation of HCSIS, the DPW web based system, budgets have to be exact to the hour of service. Bill frequently checks all his budgets to make sure the hours of service are corrected in a timely manner. Thank you Bill.

Also on September 14th, Janette Mullen received her outstanding performance award for her leadership and hard work on significantly reducing the amount of outstanding Promise Receivables, recaptured back billing and put procedures in place to facilitate and expedite the collection of claims. This has resulted in easing the strains on cash and a zero line of credit balance on 6/30/06 and maximizing the agency's revenue. 100% resolution of $221,000 O/S receivables. O/S receivables goal was 10%, her achievement is 3% as of 6/30/06. Thank you Janette.
