ACESS constructs ramp    ACCESS program designs and constructs accessibility modifications for home owners and tenants, making it possible for individuals with disabilities to remain in their own homes. Items such as wheelchair ramps, accessible bathrooms, lifts, widened doors and hallways, and both hearing and visual accommodations will be provided by the program.

Our grant program is intended for people with low-to-moderate income, but we also provide a general contracting service to higher income people seeking an experienced, reputable contractor. Grant funding comes from several sources, including the Department of Community and Economic Development, Medicare Waivers and the Lancaster Office of the Aging.

The contractor certification process we use is designed to protect you. It includes successful completion of a competitive bidding process, insurance, and accountability on quality, work crew courtesy and timeliness. Additionally, we use a detailed construction contract to protect you.
